Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days since receiving the product. To be eligible for a return the items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at with your order number and details of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Items received in blind bag or boxes

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
